Students Can Choose From Available Job Offers in the Following Ways:

Traditional Job Fairs – US JIM organizes Work and Travel job fairs every year. These events provide students with a unique opportunity to meet employers in person. Employers come to a designated location to present a wide range of job opportunities and destinations. This is one of the most important events of the year and a great opportunity for candidates to speak directly with potential employers, ask questions, and receive valuable information about their stay in the United States. As a general practice, the order of interviews is determined based on the date of registration for the program.

Skype Job Fairs – US JIM will once again host a large number of employers who will be hiring students through Skype Job Fairs. These events are organized at the US JIM office. The order in which students participate in interviews is determined based on their program registration date, unless an employer requests otherwise.

Direct Hiring (Regular Job Pool) – US JIM periodically sends job listings to all registered candidates. Students applying for these positions are expected to meet the predefined job requirements, such as English language proficiency, previous work experience, and similar qualifications. If more students apply than there are available positions, priority will be given to students who registered for the program earlier.
